Oz Stage Race

This is the first year of OZ stage racing. It appear the race had a lot of funding support however there was lack of inclusion regarding sizings for women, and the race focus on pro racers and inner circle subgroups, which felt not as inclusive as I would like to be as a racer serve from marginalized group. This race has the potential to do well as I mentioned it appears there is a lot of funding support behind this event. It just needs to be placed and focus on more inclusion than just pro racers.

Good vibes but no women sizes, specifically for shorts and race leader jerseys. Seemed to cater more to the pros and less for the rest of the racers. Having consistent start times would be helpful as would better course markings.
